Rua Atalaia 57/9 - 57, This is truely a gem and not to be missed when in Portugal. Located in the heart of the old city, the food and atmosphere are wonderful. I didn't notice many tourist types, mostly locals. Try the 'acorda' which is a peasant dish made with bread and shrimp accompanied by a good glass of pino verde. The chocolate mousse was perfect.
