Evangelistrias 9 and Ermou - 43, Stopping for a quick breakfast on Sunday morning is not easy in Athens. Breakfast is not an important meal and usually consists of coffee and a cigarette. This cafe had just what I wanted - a beautiful oven-cooked ham and cheese omelette (big enough for 2 to share) and home made fried potatoes plus fresh bread. All accompanied by a fredo latte made from good strong Italian coffee). The service was a bit slow (expected on early Sunday after late Saturday night) but the price very reasonable. Enjoy!
